Washizu Iwao has several different versions of him. This originates from the fact that he is an ascended human. As such his ability is able to 'insert' himself. In other words, he can simply insert himself perfectly into any piece of work as if he was ALWAYS there. This creates a new version of him. This can be done indefinitely and several times even in the same piece of work. This means he can revive no matter the situation.
Biography-Canon
He was enrolled in a police academy and became a military officer on the side of the japanese in the second world war. He has most likely comitted several war crimes. He predicted how the war would go and gave up his position in 1944. He built up a grand consultation firm which allowed him to rule post-war japan from the shadows for many years. Yet, he was driven mad (or maybe he was always mad and simply always needed an outlet for such madness) by his old age. This led him to playing death games of a special version of Mahjong with young people. He played for his fortune while they payed with their blood. He obviously won every game till Akagi Shigeru came along. After a long game he would lose to Akagi. On the night of that faithful game, he ascended after dying twice from immense blood loss after Akagi turned the tables on the evil old man. His wish is so that he can play another game of Washizu Mahjong with Akagi. He would use his ascension power for this purpose.
The power to insert himself works in such a way that it always inserts Akagi into the story too. Making it so that his goal is always finish his match with Akagi. However, so far only a few versions of him have been able to do so. The ones mentioned here all haven't been able to.
Hell Arc Washizu
This version of him appears in the titular Hell Arc. Here he is the king of hell and asks the gang for help in defeating the tiger demon. He is very wily and has tried to trick them several times. Beyond that he wants to keep people in hell, like with Sakura and Chara. Beyond that he can come to the main world of BBRP and try and coerce people into making deals with him so they also end up in hell. He uses king Yama as a chair. The latest event he has been part of is in presenting a gang a deal with him asking them for help in finding out what's up with an island that floats above hell ever so occasionally. He promises them the return of Akko and Sayori in return.
Creepypasta Land
Unlike most of his counterparts this washizu isn't as evil. This mainly stems from being a grandpa who wants to set a better example for his grandchild, Washizu Jr (this is just their nickname. They came up with the name themselves since they love their grandpa). He is accepting and while he has outburts of anger he is generally better than the others. He is also very protective over his grandchild. He made a game for their birthday, creepypasta land. However this game sucked in Washizu Jr. Washizu followed and killed satan there, taking over hell yet again. He made it into a theme park. He was the one who called the gang in the Creepypasta Land arc to ask them to stop zalgo from being summoned. He has given them permission to come back to hell one day and ride any rides they like for free.
Undertall
He is well acquainted with UT Chara and fought in the war against the Illuminati. He has also adopted Charactorial Exodus. He is next in line to be ruler of hell after Frok there.
JJKRP
Acting like a plotpoint more than anything, this Washizu was simply there to stop the gang from turning into bunny people because of the hormones injected into them by Dr Hormones. (long story)
Common abilities
- Luck:To put it simply fate is always in Washizu's favour. His luck's power can vary but at it's strongest it even overtake and negates stuff like Remillia's fate manipulation
- Willpower:He won't die no matter what you do. You can keep killing him but he'll just get back up and try to kick you where it hurts.
- Smart:He is decently smarter than a wide margin of the cast. Especially in how knowledgable he is around Hell. He can use this to trap people with contracts and the 'fine print' of texts
